            Hello and welcome to the Youth Services Section of our website. My name is Andrea McGarvey and I am the Youth Services Coordinator. I just wanted to take a moment and tell you a little bit about what the Youth Services Department has to offer on and off the Web.

            If you visit the library and head upstairs you will find a vast array of youth resources. There are books, games, programs, and more. Not to mention a friendly and knowledgeable staff who is eager to help you find whatever you are looking for.

            Take a minute and browse the rest of the Youth Services Section of our website and you will learn more about what youth resources are found in the library. When you visit the Youth Collections page you will find out what games and books are available to you. There are two game computer and you are welcome to come in and try them.

            Go ahead and drop into the Library Events Page where you will find out about any upcoming programs. There are new programs taking place all the time so make sure to check regularly. There are Lapsits and Storytimes that happen almost all year round. Although space is limited, you can call anytime to find out what time slots are available.             Finally take time to check out the weblink pages. There is one for parents, one for teens, and one for kids. There are lots of different kinds of links: some that will help you with safety on the internet, some with homework helps, and some with games.
